CONCERN had been growing this week for the whereabouts of a woman who was missing from a town in Essex.

The Colchester woman was last seen on the morning of Wednesday, March 22 near Debden train station where police said she may have got a train to Loughton.

The 35-year-old was last seen, she was wearing a brown puffa jacket, brown beanie hat and brown trousers.

Essex Police urged anyone who knew where she was, or had any information which might have helped the force find her, to call 999.

Officers are no longer trying to find the woman as she has now been located safely.

An Essex Police spokesman said: "Thank you to everyone who shared our appeals; your efforts really do make a difference."
