COLCHESTER United captain Tommy Smith is in line for a milestone appearance after being named in New Zealand’s squad for two games against China.
The experienced defender is in contention to earn his 50th cap for the All Whites as they take on China in a two-match series at the end of this month.
The games are due to take place in Aukland (Mt Smart Staidium) and then Wellington (Sky Stadium).

Should Smith play, he will move inside the top 20 New Zealand appearance makers.
The former Ipswich Town defender is set to miss Colchester's home match against Tranmere Rovers on Saturday 26 March, as a result of his international call-up.
Smith recently returned to the U's side for two matches against Northampton Town and Carlisle United but missed their 2-0 defeat at Bradford City, last weekend.
