COLCHESTER United first-team analyst Ben Cirne has left the club to join Matt Bloomfield at Wycombe Wanderers.
Cirne has followed Bloomfield, Richard Thomas and Lee Harrison from the U's to Adams Park, after taking up a position as First Team Lead Insights Analyst at the League One club.
Bloomfield told the Wycombe website: “Ben is one of the hardest-working people I’ve met in football and I’m delighted to bring him on board.

"He will take responsibility for performance analysis and work closely with our recruitment team to identify new players to help us to keep strengthening the squad.
“He was a massive support to me at Colchester and he takes up an important position in our team alongside Richard Thomas (Assistant Manager) and Lee Harrison (Head of Goalkeeping).”
Cirne had earlier worked at Southend United, Millwall and Shrewsbury Town, prior to joining the U's.
