A BUNGALOW could be knocked down to make way for the construction of a new property.
The building, in Halstead Road, Stanway, will be demolished if the proposal is approved.
The plans seek to see the chalet style bungalow knocked down, along with its garage and associated outbuildings.
A new two-and-a-half storey detached building with a large garage could be built in its wake.
The blueprints state an additional parking space will be created at the site, bringing the total available to five.
Colchester Council’s planning committee will have the final say on the plans.
