A DECORATED MMA fighter has challenged the community to grapple with him during a gruelling 24-hour fundraiser.
James Webb, who runs The Combat Institute, in Stanway, is hoping his efforts will raise money for REORG, a charity which helps military veterans and emergency workers.
The 32-year-old world champion will be on the mats at the gym in Angora Park and others are invited to join him.
The fundraiser, dubbed a rollathon, will take place from for 24-hours from noon on Friday.
James said: “As a garrison town we felt we should support this charity. We have a lot of army guys in the gym.
“We thought we’d open our gym for 24-hours to raise money for a good cause.
“Anyone can come down and get involved, even just to see what we’re doing.
