POLICE are calling on residents to help identify a man following an 'interference with a car' in Colchester.
The suspect approached the property on Nicholsons Grove, Colchester, at around 11pm on November 3 before attempting to open the car door.
Essex Police are looking to identify the man in connection with this investigation and asking anyone who may recognise him or have any further information to contact them.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: “You can let us know by submitting a report on our website or by using our online Live Chat service available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, between 10am-9pm.
“Alternatively, you can call us on 101 or if you would like to make an anonymous report you can contact independent charity Crimestoppers by visiting their website or by calling 0800 555 111.
“Please quote incident 42/273527/22 when providing any information to make sure it gets to the right person as quickly as possible.”
