A MAN who was caught driving five miles per hour over the speed limit has been fined £282 and given a six month driving ban.
Matthew Stageman, of Coggeshall Road, Marks Tey, was caught driving his Seat 25mph at 3.24am on March 7.
The offence took place in Victoria Embankment, London, where the speed limit is 20mph.

Due to repeat offending, the 27-year-old was fined a total of £282 and banned from holding a driving licence for six months.
