Airborne deployed to 'medical emergency following serious incident in Colchester
SPECIALIST airborne medics were deployed to the scene of a “medical emergency” following reports of a serious incident in Colchester.
The Essex and Herts Air Ambulance was called to assist the East of England Ambulance Service, Essex Police, and the Essex Fire Service on yesterday.
Upon arrival the teams worked together to optimise the outcome for a male patient who was badly injured.
He was subsequently transferred to an emergency department for ongoing treatment.
