GREATER Anglia have released a statement confirming travelers should avoid using their services this Saturday, due to ‘severe’ disruptions from strikes.
The ASLEF train drivers’ strike is set to cause disruptions across greater Anglia Services, with Colchester North station being one of the stations running a reduced service on the day.
The last train from London Liverpool Street will run at 10pm on Saturday, November 26. Trains will operate throughout the day at Colchester North Station, however this will be at a reduced rate.

Trains will run throughout the day, with two services an hour, falling at one minute past and thirteen minutes past.
Due to the strikes, Greater Anglia are advising that some of the morning trains on Sunday, 27, will start later than usual due to the rail strike.
The first service to Liverpool Street from Colchester will leave Colchester at 6.57am.
