A DRIVER has been banned from the roads for nearly two years being more than double the drink drive limit.
Ian Omigie, of Saw Mill Road, Colchester, was caught driving in Havering, where he registered 74 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. avering The legal limit 35.

The 45-year-old admitted the charge when appearing in Barkingside Magistrates' Court.
Omigie was banned from driving for 20 months, and fined £369.
