A MAN who police found with a firearm in Lexden Road, Colchester, has been given community order, fined and forced to forfeit his weapon.
Nathan Bailey, of Hargood Close, Colchester, was found with a BB gun in Lexden Road in August.

Appearing in Colchester Magistrates Court late last month, Bailey admitted the offence.
The 32-year-old must now comply with a whereabouts requirement until April next year and fulfil 47-day community service treatment programme.
Bailey was also fined £259.
