A CONVICTED burglar who attempted to rob someone in Harwich will be sentenced next year.
Thomas Sterry has admitted attempting to rob a man of his car, keys and money on May 22.
The 19-year-old, who is serving a 34 month sentence for burglary and drug offences, also admitted affray on the same date in Harwich.
A hearing at Chelmsford Crown Court determined Sterry, of Fronks Road, Dovercourt, will not be sentenced until his co-defendant has faced a trial in January.
It is said Sterry and the co-defendant acted in joint enterprise to commit the crimes.
