A CYCLIST was pushed off their bike and kicked while on the floor outside a shop in a disgraceful attack.
Essex Police is appealing for the public’s help following the assault in Burnham-on-Crouch last month.
The force has released CCTV images of two people officers would like to speak to in connection with the incident on October 1.
A police spokesman said: “The victim was cycling along the High Street at about 10pm on October 1.
“They were then pushed off their bike and kicked whilst on the floor outside the One Stop store. The suspect then left the scene.
“We are now appealing for the public’s help to identify these people in connection with this investigation.
“If you know who they are or have any information which could assist, please contact us.”
If you can help the police’s investigation, you should call 101 and cite incident 42/251961/22.
Alternatively, you can make an anonymous report via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
