POLICE are no looking to identify a man in connection with a fraud incident in Colchester
Officers with Essex Police are investigating the alleged fraud in Colchester.
A force spokesman said: "We’re no longer looking to identify a man we had wanted to speak to in connection with a fraud investigation in Colchester.
"It was reported a debit card, which had been reported stolen, had been used to buy food at Dr Chippy in St Botolph’s and drink at The Beer Tent in Barrack Street at around midday on Tuesday 25 October.
"We had issued an image of a man we had wanted to speak to but thanks to information from you, he’s now been identified and our enquiries are ongoing.
"Thank you for supporting our appeal, it really does make a difference."
