AN award-winning property firm is celebrating after enhancing its impressive portfolio by acquiring a new business.
Beresfords, which has branches in the likes of Colchester, Braintree, Witham, and Maldon, has taken on Whybrow Charted Surveyors.
The acquisition means the estate agency will now provide commercial services, as well its sales, lettings, land, new homes and country and village offerings.
In commemoration of the takeover, employees and bosses from both companies recently came together at a bar in Chelmsford to raise a toast the partnership.
Paul Beresford, chief executive of Beresfords, who attended the celebratory drinks evening, says he is looking forward to working in collaboration with Whybrow.
He said: “We were delighted to announce Whybrow Chartered Surveyors and the evening was a great opportunity to give a warm welcome to Ewan Dodds and the Whybrow team, who will now be operating under the Beresfords Group umbrella.
“Whybrow has a reputation of delivering a personal and authentic service to clients to help drive the commercial property market, which is in line with both our values, and our vision for the future which is to offer the best possible service to our network across the region.”
