A FORMER Special Forces sergeant turned television star and best-selling author will delve into his life experiences during an event in Colchester.

Jason Fox will bring his Life At The Limit show to Charter Hall, in Cowdray Avenue, on February 11 as part of an expedition across the country.

During the evening Jason, best known for starring in Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins, will deliver first-hard accounts of his daring exploits.

From gunfights and hostage rescues to scary escapes and heroic endeavours, the show will chronicle bravery, adventure and courage.

The vivid retelling of his remarkable life story will also touch on the struggles he encountered with PTSD upon returning home.

Jason, whose books Battle Scars and Life Under Fire proved to be best-sellers, is also a world record-breaking rower and adventurer.

“I absolutely loved touring Life At The Limit earlier this year, so I can’t wait to get back on the road,” said Jason.

“I’ve had some incredible experiences – some good, some bad – and I genuinely feel honoured that people want to hear about them - this is a no holds barred account.

“Life At the Limit is a very honest account of what has been a long and difficult journey, but it is also inspiring, entertaining, funny and moving in equal measure.”

Tickets cost £29.50 and can be purchased by visiting colchester-events.co.uk.
