A BIKE stolen from a communal garden near Colchester’s city centre is being hunted by the police.
The bright yellow bike was taken from the garden in Maidenburgh Street between 10pm on September 17 and 8am on September 18.
Its owner says it holds sentimental value and has appealed for its return.
An Essex Police spokesman said: “If you have any information, CCTV, dash cam or other footage in relation to this incident, then please get in contact with us.
“Please quote the crime reference number 42/239753/22.”
