A DRIVER who admitted being under the influence of drugs while he was behind the wheel has been banned from holding a driving licence until 2024.
Jordan Ireland, 28, admitted the charge when he appeared in Colchester Magistrates Court last month.
He also admitted driving without a licence and driving without insurance.
On top of the driving licence ban, Ireland, of Compton Road, Colchester, was fined £273 and had £272 deducted from his benefits payments.
