NEW closing times for Castle Park in Colchester have been announced following the change of seasons and day light saving time.
The park will still open from 7.30am but from Saturday, October 1, the park will be locked at 6.15pm.
This will continue from October 1 to October 29.
From October 29, the park will be shut at 5pm, with restricted access from 30 minutes prior to the closing time.
For any events taking place in the park over this period, separate notices will be published on the Colchester Council website stating the altered opening hours.
