AN entrepreneur who built up her own business from a shipping container has relocated her successful salon to a new shop in a village.

Tatiana Leech, 42, and her Revive Beauty Lounge have opened in Church Road, Tiptree.

Tatiana moved to Manchester from Slovakia when she was 19.

She began working full time and eventually started her business in 2014 as a mobile lash artist.

Gazette:

In 2015 she moved to Essex and by 2018 she was based in a Tanning Salon in Colchester.

She went on to rent two converted shipping containers at Crate Tiptree, where her business was known as Beautiful You by Tat.

She rebranded her name to Revive Beauty Lounge during Covid.

Tatiana said: “The salon in Church Road became available and I relocated there.

“I managed to survive through Covid and the support from clients has been amazing.

Gazette:

“I even have some clients who have been supporting me since my move to Essex.

“I am so proud of everything I achieved, I work so hard and my clients know that.

“It was a journey and I have had lots of ups and downs but you just have to keep moving forward.”

The salon won a bronze beauty salon of the year award in this year's British Hair and Beauty Awards and Tatiana also won a silver massage therapist of the year award.

Tatiana said: “I am now looking for staff to grow even more as I am always busy, my stepdaughter is my receptionist and I am looking for someone else to join.

“There were salons in the building before but they didn’t survive, the landlord is in shock with how it looks now as I have decorated it and it looks amazing and luxurious.

“The support from my family, my partner and clients is massive, without their support I wouldn’t have been able to achieve what I have.

“I do the treatments the same way I want to receive them.

“If your heart is in this business then you can achieve.”
