AMBULANCES were called to a medical emergency in Tiptree this morning.
Two ambulances, the Hazardous Area Response Team, a rapid response vehicle and an Essex and Herts Air Ambulance response car were sentto the scene outside the Tiptree Jam Factory at about 6.40am.
Police said they were aware of the incident however were not needed on scene to assist.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service added: “The patient was conveyed to Colchester Hospital for treatment.”
