A MAN who was found roaming the streets with a nunchuck has been ordered to have mental health treatment.
Colin Humble, 33, was found to have the weapon in New Farm Road, Stanway, on August 19 this year.
Humble, of Ratcliffe Road, Colchester, admitted possession of an offensive weapon when he appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
He was ordered to undertake 12 mental health treatment sessions and up to 25 days of a rehabilitation activity.
Humble must also pay £259 in costs and a surcharge and will carry out 80 hours of unpaid work.
The nunchuck has been confiscated.
