MP - James Cleverly
BRAINTREE MP James Cleverly was among the first ministers to be received by King Charles during a special reception.
It came as the newly-crowned monarch met the Commonwealth Secretary General during a reception hosted for Realm High Commissioners.
Liz Truss also took her senior ministers to Buckingham Palace to be received by the sovereign for the first time.
James Cleverly, who was named as the new Foreign Secretary last week after Priti Patel stepped down from the role, also attended the high-end meeting.
