A NEW physiotherapy partnership says it will create a better, interconnected care plan for patients in Colchester.

The new partnership between digital hospital Medbelle and the Colchester-based Physio 3.0 aims to provide better collaboration between varying medial practices.

The new centralised process hopes to do away with fragmented referrals which can make healthcare journeys more difficult.

Medbelle’s digital hospital creates a centralised alternative, giving patients a personalised care adviser, who provides individual support and co-ordinates care from differing specialists.

The firm says this allows Physio 3.0’s staff to work more easily with healthcare specialists, identifying and providing the most appropriate treatment for patients.

Michael Barker, co-founder at Physio 3.0, said:"‘Physio 3.0 can see the benefit of entering into this pioneering partnership with Medbelle for better care co-ordination for our patients.

“Improving how patients access and experience the services they need in the private sector is important to us and we know that this partnership can do just that.”

Physio 3.0 is located at the Colchester United Jobserve Community Stadium, just off of the A 12.
