A MAN has appeared in court where he admitted one charge and had five other allegations against him dismissed.
Appearing at Colchester Magistrates Court, Michael Cannon admitted criminal damage to property.
The 40-year-old, of Point Chase, Marks Tey, was fined £240, ordered to pay £34 to fund victim services, as well as £105 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
The total fine relating to the offence, which took place last autumn, amounted to £379.
Five other charges relating to assault by beating, which Cannon denied, were dismissed.
