Health practice which opened two weeks into Covid lockdown rated by CQC
A MEDICAL practice which opened just two weeks into the first national Covid-19 lockdown has received a positive rating from inspectors.
Colchester Medical Limited, which is in Turner Road, Colchester, was rated as good following an inspection which took place in June.
The practice, which offers diagnostic and screening procedures, maternity and midwifery services and treatment of disease was found to offer safe, effective, caring, well-led, and responsive services.
The CQC noted it should improve its uptake of cervical cancer screening before the next inspection.
