A man has been fined after breaching a stalking order
A MAN has been fined after breaching a stalking order.
Ian Gosling, of Norris Close, Braintree, was caught breaching a stalking order in Halstead between January 31 and March 1 earlier this year, when he moved address and failed to notify the police.
The 58-year-old admitted the charge when appearing in Colchester Magistrates’ Court last month.
As a result, he was fined £80, and ordered to pay £34 in victim surcharge fees and £100 to the CPS.
