Robert Irving appeared before magistrates to face the charge
A MAN who made threats with a knife is set to be sentenced by a judge.
Robert Irving, 26, used a “large” knife to threaten a victim in Colchester on July 16.
Appearing at Colchester Magistrates’ Court on July 18, he admitted threatening a person with a blade.
Irving, of Clarendon Way, Colchester, was remanded in custody until a hearing at Ipswich Crown Court on August 15.
