A MAN who admitted threats to kill has been fined a total of £240 and ordered to carry out unpaid work.
Radoslaw Wisniewicz, of Foresight Road, Colchester, appeared in Colchester Magistrates Court accused of threatening to kill Amelia Wisniewicz.
Although Wisniewicz, who is 46, had initially denied the charges, he later admitted to the offence and has been ordered to carry out 50 hours of unpaid work within the next year.
He was also ordered to pay victim services £95, and the crown prosecution service £145.
