Blueprints - the plans focus on School Road, Langham
BLUEPRINTS for 30 houses to be built in a village are to be seen by a planning committee tonight.
William Developments Ltd has applied to construct the properties north of Colchester in School Road, Langham.
The plans will see 30 houses built with a new access onto School Road if approved by Colchester Council’s planning committee.
Documents show three of the proposed houses would be five-bedroom, 12 four-bedroom, nine three-bedroom and six two-bedroom.
Nine of the houses would be made affordable.
