A WOMAN who failed to provide a blood sample after being suspected of driving while unfit has been banned from getting behind the wheel.
Hannah Wood was asked by police officers to give the specimen after being stopped in Colchester on May 18, Colchester Magistrates’ Court heard.
The 35-year-old admitted the offence and was ordered to pay £439 in a fine, surcharge and costs.
Wood, of North Station Road, Colchester, was also disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 18 months.
