Incident - a Colchester One Stop shop, in Greenstead
A MAN wiped blood on the door of a police cell after being caught stealing £8 worth of sweets from a Colchester One Stop shop.
Carlos Blanco, 38, also committed public harassment during the same incident on May 30, Colchester Magistrates’ Court heard.
Blanco, of Military Road, Colchester, admitted the three crimes committed in the city and was ordered to pay £108 in compensation.
He was also ordered to pay £612 in a fine, surcharge and costs.
