Man who drove with 'large crack' in his windscreen is fined by magistrates
A MAN who drove with a “large crack” in his windscreen has been fined almost £350.
The windscreen of the Renault being driven by Aaron Taylor in Cowdray Avenue, Colchester, was deemed by police officers to be obscuring his vision.
The offence, which occurred on September 22 of last year, was proven via the single justice procedure at Basildon Magistrates’ Court.
Taylor, 29, of Colchester Road, Wivenhoe, was ordered to pay £344 in a fine, surcharge and costs.
