A RURAL policing team searched for a “high risk” missing person before undertaking patrols in Colchester.
Essex Police’s Rural Engagement Team searched coastal locations near Maldon for the missing person during a “busy day”.

Patrols were then carried out across Colchester before officers even dabbled in moving along livestock in the borough.
A spokesman said: “We even got involved moving some cattle on the defence farm in Friday Woods, Colchester.”
