A MAN has been arrested after a disturbance outside a Colchester restaurant.
Police were called to the Old Seige House in East Street on Wednesday at about 7.45pm.
Police have since confirmed a 32-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage, assaulting an emergency worker and an offence under the Public Order Act.
A Tweet detailing the police presence was posted by Essex county councillor Simon Crow.

The man remains in custody at this time.
