A MAN is to reappear in court next month after he denied assaulting a woman and an emergency worker on Christmas Day last year.
Sheniz Elmaz, 22, appeared in Colchester Magistrates Court in April charged with two counts of assault and one charge of possessing cannabis.
But Elmaz, whose address was given as The Lakes, Turner Road, Colchester, denied assaulting Michelle Smith and PC Oxley in Clacton.
Appearing in court, Elmaz was remanded on unconditional bail and will reappear in court next month.
