A number of roads across Colchester will be getting new restrictions next month.
The following changes to waiting and parking areas in Colchester will begin on Monday, July 4.
Double yellow lines are being replaced with permit holder only bays on Manor Road, Rawstorn Road and St Albans Road in Colchester.
Single Yellow lines will be replaced with double yellow lines on Roman Road and Castle Road in Colchester so drivers will not be able to park there at any time.
Some areas of Roman Road will have some areas of single yellow lines replaced by permit holder only bays.
Single yellow lines will be removed in areas of Papillon Road and Crowhurst Road.
The double yellow lines on the west side of Mile End Road will be extended by about six metres.
Drivers will no longer be able to wait outside St Michael’s Church as the limited waiting bay will be replaced with a double yellow line on Mile End Road.
