Incident - the sexual assault took place at Merville Barracks, Colchester
A BRITISH Army corporal convicted of sexual assault is set to be sentenced by a judge.
Cpl Phillip Marshall-Nichols was found guilty of grinding into a young female soldier’s bottom, during a tribunal at Bulford Military Court.
The court heard how Marshall-Nichols pushed his groin into the Private’s bottom while she was in a tea room at Merville Barracks, Colchester.
The corporal was convicted on one count of sexual assault and is due to be sentenced at the military court on July 1.
