30-year-old admits charges of assault and criminal damage
A 30-year-old has admitted two charges each of criminal damage and assault by beating at Colchester Magistrates Court.
Chris Wilkin, of Conifer Close, Colchester, was accused of assaulting Ashil Dwarkadas and Kevin Lamb, as well as damaging Mr Dwarkadas’s car, a Vauxhall Insignia.
Wilkin also admitted to damaging a mobile phone belonging to Vicky Brown when he appeared in court.
Wilkin was remanded on bail.
