Punished - the teenager, 13, stole a designer man bag
A 13-YEAR-OLD who stole a designer man bag worth hundreds of pounds has been referred to a youth offender panel.
The teenager from Colchester, who cannot be named for legal reasons, robbed his victim of the Gucci bag worth £660.
He admitted the offence which took place in Colchester on December 17 of last year when he appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
As a result, the thief was referred to a Colchester youth offender panel for nine months, and must pay £127 in a surcharge and costs.
