Crime - a mobile phone was damaged
A MAN who damaged a woman’s phone has been ordered to repay her £90.
Charlie Stevens, 23, damaged the mobile device to an unknown value in North Station Road, Colchester, on October 22 of last year.
Stevens, of Penny Gardens, Kirton, Lincolnshire, admitted a charge of criminal damage during a hearing at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
He was ordered to pay £105 in court costs and £90 in compensation as a result.
