A DENTAL practice has submitted enhanced plans to construct a two-storey extension in its premises.
Straight Road Dental Practice, Lexden, Colchester, was given planning permission in 2020 to begin works, but it has now submitted blueprints which it says are an “enhanced” version.
The works will see a two-storey rear extension built with an office and dental training room to be used in conjunction with the existing practice in Straight Road.

A planning report says the proposals will provide “much-needed” additional dental services to the area and will benefit the community.
Colchester Council has the final say.
