A WOMAN who assaulted two police officers has been told she must be treated for alcohol dependency.
Nicola Phillips, 52, admitted two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker following the incident in Colchester on October 2 of last year.
Colchester Magistrates’ Court ordered Phillips, of Rowan Close, Great Bentley, must now undertake five months’ treatment and remain under curfew between 7pm and 7am for three months.
She must also participate in 30 days’ worth of a rehabilitation requirement and must pay £240 in compensation, costs and a surcharge.
