A MAN who took an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child has been given a community order.
Lee Gristwood, 57, was caught with the inappropriate image of a child on August 5, 2019 in Colchester.
He admitted the offence at Colchester Magistrates’ Court and was made the subject of a sexual harm prevention order for ten years.

Gristwood, of Viola Avenue, Staines-upon-Thames, must undertake a rehabilitation programme for 26 days and carry out 110 hours of unpaid work within the next year.
He must also pay £865 in a surcharge and costs and was ordered to sign the sex offenders’ register for five years.
