Boy, 13, admits helping to steal Land Rover in Colchester
A TEENAGER who was just 13-years-old when he helped to steal a Land Rover has been ordered to pay £17.
The now 15-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, assisted in stealing a Land Rover Discovery in Colchester on February 16, 2020.

The offender, from Hornchurch, admitted handling stolen goods at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court and was ordered to pay a £17 surcharge.
He was also conditionally discharged for one year, meaning he will not be sentenced unless a further offence is committed within this time period.
