Charge - Jacqueline Swaffar was handed a restraining order
A WOMAN who harassed and beat a man has been handed a restraining order.
Jacqueline Swaffar, 63, admitted assaulting her victim in Colchester on December 27, 2021, when she appeared at Colchester Magistrates’ Court.
She also admitted one count of harassment without violence after harassing the man on December 17, 2021 and then again on January 4 of this year.
Swaffar, of Prince Street, Sudbury, was handed a restraining order and must undertake 60 hours of unpaid work.
She was also ordered to put £190 in court costs and a surcharge.
