YOUNG children who may one day consider heading out on the beat were treated to an extra special visit.
All Saints Primary School, in Harwich, was attended by Essex Police Tendring’s PC Perry and PC Frost last week.
During their stop-off the officers spoke with wide-eyed students about their role within the community and also let them explore their equipment.
A school spokesman said: “The children were very excited and enjoyed every minute looking around the police car and holding the handcuffs.
“They especially enjoyed hearing the sirens with the blue lights flashing.”
