Man who parked in High Street taxi rank hit with hefty fine
A MAN who illegally parked in a taxi rank has been handed a hefty fine for his actions.
Stefan Mosneag parked a Renault Clio in the rank in Colchester High Street on July 14 last year shortly after 8pm.
The 49-year-old, of North Station Road, Colchester, admitted the offence when he appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court.
Mosneag was ordered to pay £257 in a fine, surcharge and court costs as a result of the crime.
