Thug who beat woman in Colchester is handed restraining order
A THUG has been handed a restraining order after assaulting a woman in Colchester.
Daniel Bobker, of Waterside Lane, Colchester, beat the victim on January 6, 2021.
The 42-year-old admitted assault by beating at Colchester Magistrates’ Court last Friday.
Bobker was handed a three year restraining order and subsequently must not directly or indirectly contact the victim or visit her place of work.
He was also ordered to pay £319 in a fine, surcharge and court costs.
