Leigha Caine, now an instructor at Boogie Beat, used to attend classes with her son but, once she moved to Colchester, she decided to buy into the franchise and started leading her own sessions.

The 38-year-old said: “Not only have I have met so many lovely people, I get to sing, dance, and play all day.

“I love how inquisitive children are and when they sing our songs and teach their parents our dance it makes it all worthwhile.

“I absolutely love it; it’s the best job ever.

“We help children to develop confidence, coordination, and social skills whilst they learn to express themselves in a friendly and relaxed environment.”
